The actor had a blood alcohol level of nearly twice the legal limit, and was also under the influence of cocaine. The star also pled guilty to supplying alcohol to minors.

Garrison could be facing as much as 6 years and 8 months in prison when he returns to trial for sentencing in August.

Garrison has told reporters that he accepts responsibility for his actions. The star’s character on the show Prison Break was killed off earlier this season.
