The Mayor of the small town of Gore, Oklahoma was recently arrested for DUI.

The 55 year old Mayor, Mike Kinnear was arrested after his breathalyzer test was .09, which is above the legal limit of .08 in Oklahoma.

The Sequoyah County Sheriff, Johnny Philpot, claims that his office had received numerous reports of Kinnear's past drunk driving and that he'd personally told his deputies to stop the Mayor if they caught him drinking and driving.

Philpot states, "Just because you carry a title doesn't mean you can't kill someone drinking and driving." This was Kinnear's first DUI.
