Lindsey Lohan was arrested and charged with a DUI after an incident on Saturday had her check into a hospital.

The star was driving her Mercedes down Sunset Blvd on Saturday at 5:30, when she hit the curb and caused an accident. The car was not on the scene when police arrived, but bystanders recognized the star, and police tracked her down to a local hospital, where she was being treated for minor injuries. Lohan was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Lohan was in the car with two other passengers, and police also found cocaine in the car. The coke was not on Lohan's person, and it is unclear as to whether drug charges will be pursued.

No one seems terribly surprised that Lohan has once again run afoul with the law, and a betting website had been offering 2 to 1 odds that she would be again arrested for a DUI
