Miami Heat player James Posey has recently accepted the plea deal in the April DUI case against him.

Posey was arrested last April in Miami Beach after he parked his car on a street and began talking to pedestrians and other drivers.

Posey pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was sentenced to 50 hours of community services, 6 months probation, DUI driving school, and $275 in court costs and fees.

The Miami Heat forward was a key contributor on the team that defeated the Dallas Mavericks in the 2006 NBA Finals.
