Actor Austin Nichols was recently arrested in Jackson, Michigan on a DUI charge.

Nichols was stopped by local police for driving the wrong way down a one way street.

Nichols' blood alcohol content (BAC) was reported at .10 percent. The legal limit in Michigan is .08 percent.

No injuries were reported by local police as a result of the DUI incident.
