If this situation turns out to a true event, the actress would be in violation of the court order baring her from drinking alcohol.

The story source came from celebrity stylist Messiah McNair, who alleges the he poured red wine for her into a can of Red Bull for Fox.

McNair's allegation could be false because he angry with the actress for leaking news of a bounced check to Fox.
